Saficare Services Ltd. has been caring for me since 2022, I’m just as impressed today as I was when Emily came to conduct the assessment.Mum is pleased and satisfied and speaks well of her carers, and the staff’s kindness and excellent care continue.She enjoys doing things and going to cafes. I feel more at peace knowing that my mother is safe, happy, and getting proper care even though I live far away.

They always took great care to ensure my husband’s dignity was maintained. Rather than being hired to assist us, they felt more like friends offering a hand. During my lunchtime call, I am aware of when they are coming, and they assist me with household tasks that I am unable to perform because of my stroke. I can’t even put my clothes on the line, let alone hoover stuff like this, and I can’t even prepare a sandwich alone. I appreciate them taking care of things for me and then getting me to some of my required appointments.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Safi Care. I needed a carer because I’d broken my wrist and had many pulled muscles, following a fall. This meant I couldn’t bathe etc., or do very much at all without help. My son found Safi Care and was able to set up a meeting straightaway in my flat with a manager and my carer-to-be. So I had a contract more or less as soon as I knew I’d need care help. Straight away I could be helped to a medical
appointment and back home. And my contract ensured I had care, could keep appointments, and have help of various sorts. My carer was flexible about visits, always efficient, and willing and able to give help of many sorts. The range of services that Safi Care provides is impressive.
